We strive to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Our team is following all health and safety regulations while making sure there are minimal delays in shipping your order during COVID-19.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Our team will then ship your order. Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address provided during checkout. After delivery, please track your order to carefully ensure its not left outside for an extended period of time in the heat during the warmer times depending upon your climate.

Our bath treats will arrive in durable packaging in order to maintain no moisture damaging your items. In addition, during transit, your durable packaging will retain the scented fragrances before use.

The shipping carrier you should expect to receive your package from is USPS. Please allow shipping within the USA between 4-7 business days. For shipping orders internationally through USPS, please allow between 6-10 business days. Shipping fees and taxes are automatically added at the end of checkout.

During any time your package has been lost after receiving confirmation that your order has been shipped, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. We suggest you will need to contact USPS to help with further assistance using your tracking number provided to you via email. In addition, if your package has shown delivered, but you have not received your package, we suggest you will need to contact USPS to help with further assistance using your tracking number. If we receive any return of packaging, due to an incorrect mailing address, the customer is responsible for additional charges related to the shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
