Our policy does not offer returns, refund, nor exchange. All orders are non-refundable. Due to sanitization and intimate contact, we cannot accept any returns. We care to protect our products through transitioning from our warehouse to your delivery destination.

Be sure to attach clear pictures of your packaging, with images of your items ordered. Our team will then review and correct your order without any worries on your end.
